Our non profit company was founded in January 1990 in Casselberry Florida.  The officers and directors of CCC Educational Services, Inc. (CCCES) bring over 30 years of financial and management experience to the organization.  We currently maintain an administrative office in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Servicing & Counseling Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Our Counselors and Customer Care Representatives are certified by the NACCC National Association of Certified Credit Counselors.  We maintain the ISO 9001:2000 Certification and we are a member of the AADMO (American Association of Debt Management Organizations).

CCCES services a database of over 10,000 active clients and over 20,000 creditors. During the years of our existence, we have counseled tens of thousands of individuals from across the country. Our trained and certified staff members are available 9am-6pm Monday thru Friday and we maintain nationwide toll free numbers.  By an independent accounting firm, annual certified audits of our operations are conducted.  These reports are provided to various regulatory agencies and to creditors that require them.

We obtain financial support through Fairshare contributions from creditors and minimal voluntary payments from our clients.  We do not charge ANY startup and or cancellation fees, and the maximum monthly fee is $20, based on the client’s ability to pay.

We maintain a separated trust account of the clients’ funds, and we are one of the very few agencies that disburse funds to the creditors on a weekly basis.  We transmit funds electronically to all creditors that are set up for such payments.  We offer various easy payment methods to our clients, so as to ensure that their payments to their creditors are timely and consistent.
